Refund Policy


1. Booking & Advance Payment

An advance payment (typically 10–20%) is required to confirm the booking.
If the company is unable to arrange the service, a full refund will be issued.
2. Cancellation Policy

  • Before truck dispatch:
    Cancellation is allowed with a partial refund after deducting processing charges.

  • After dispatch or loading:
    No refund will be provided.
